What is included in my Friars Baha Mar Bahamas Championship package?

Travel Dates: November 15-20, 2023

  • Choice of roundtrip flights from Boston or Providence on Delta or American Airlines (or your local airport)
  • 5 nights accommodations at Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar or SLS Baha Mar
  • Roundtrip transfers between airport and your resort
  • Services of Making Memories Travel
    • Customized itinerary tailored to your trip downloadable to an app (includes a chat option to contact me with any questions/concerns)
    • Recommendations for and assistance with booking excursions and dining reservations
    • Assistance with travel insurance, passports, airport transportation, etc
    • Optional phone or Zoom meeting to go over trip details, excursion recommendations, what to expect, etc. 

What is NOT included in my package? 

  • TICKETS! Tournament tickets are not on sale yet. I will inform clients as soon as they go on sale so they can purchase them. 
  • Resort Fees: At Grand Hyatt Baha Mar a mandatory Resort Fee of $65 (plus tax)per room, per night will be charged to the guest to be paid directly to the hotel. This fee includes:
    • Non-motorized water sports (snorkels, masks, fins, personal floatation devices, single/double/clear bottom kayaks, stand up paddle boards, Zayak reef boards)
    • Complimentary Internet/WIFI throughout the resort
    • 2-bottles of water replenished daily
    • ESPA Fitness access, unlimited local calls
    • Complimentary sunscreen at all towel huts
    • Access to six (6) swimming pools and Beach Sanctuary
    • Complimentary beach and pool set up and seating with umbrellas
    • Electronic newspaper and distribution through Crave tablets
    • This resort fee is administered by the hotel on all guest rooms in addition to the nightly room rate and is subject to change without notice.

Pricing Details and Booking Information

Due to a promotion with a free night, 4 and 5 night packages are the same price, so I have provided you with pricing for 5 nights: November 15-20, 2023. 


You have the option of flights out your airport of choice on American Airlines or Delta (currently have been schedules and pricing). 


The SLS Baha Mar usually prices significantly higher than Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, but is having an additional promotion right now allowing them to price the same. 


Please note: SLS Baha Mar is more of a party hotel, similar to Miami Beach, with a DJ by the pool during the day and rooftop parties at night. 


Upgrades: If you would like pricing on an upgraded room view, request that on the booking form. 


Deposit: Upon receiving your booking request, I am able to secure your package for 24 hours while you review the details. 

There will be a deposit of $200 or 250/person depending upon the airline you choose. 


Final Payment: due 45 days prior to travel on October 1, 2023

Once you find a package that meets your needs, complete the form to request your no-obligation, personalized package proposal to review and approve. 


If you approve of the package, you will receive an invoice for booking the package. I am able to hold packages at no cost for 24 hours while you make a decision. If decide not to book, just let me know so I am able to release the package.
